Graphic designer Igor “Rogix” Udushlivy had the brilliant idea of using bookmarks to extend and improve cover art.

Clever, eh?
We strongly recommend visiting his portfolio, IcoEye, to check out the full galley, not to mention his other fantastic visual design work.
Sure, these are cute art pieces rather than functional books. But for all the impracticalities (storage, display, keeping the bookmark in the appropriate place, and of course, inevitably losing said bookmark), we’d honestly love to see these on the market. There’s an air of “children’s pop-up book” to them that makes them incredibly compelling.
Would you buy it, or is it better left purely as a fun design portfolio concept?
